Missing my Landyn

I'm going out of town tonight to take a pretest for the principal's exam tomorrow. It's the first night away from my baby girl :( But this is the background on my phone so I should be able to get the warm feelings from even just this picture that I'll be missing tonight:

Flying High...Chair

We decided to invest in a high chair for Landyn which must fly for the price we paid and all the transformations it makes. This thing will last us from baby to young child. I think everything we have for her-from her bed, to her car seat and now her new highchair, grows with her. The poor girl won't be able to seperate from all of her "things" once she reachers kindergarten :) However, we are excited to start using the new highchair and anxious to see her grow with it...pictures in use - coming soon!!!

Happy Dinnertime

During dinner last night (thanks Kris!) Landyn joined us and enjoyed every second. She sat in her Bebe pod chair and played with this attachment the entire time, trying to fit every piece in her "teething" mouth. Needless to say, this is the best invention for dinnertime (until she can eat on her own). The funniest thing is her toes (take a look): She uses them like hands, which is hilarious - especially when she grabs Mommy's hair with them...

Princess and the Peas

Landyn LOVES peas!!! Just thought I'd let everyone know!

She also tried green beans again today (warmed) and likes them too!!

My new theory/practice: We eat our food warm so why shouldn't she? I didn't spoil her with the whole warming the bottle thing (since we drink our milk cold). But I am caving on warming her food - it's just wrong not too :)

Tooth Fairy Awaits...

Landyn's tooth. After a week of an extremely runny nose and a day of " runny diaper mess" I finally spotted it - her first little tooth! I rubbed my finger just to make sure and low and behold - it's real...sharp! Hopefully it won't be effected by the paci (which I'm still debating on taking her off of very soon). It took many "takes" to get a good picture of it, but it was a success for all to see :)
