Landyn is rapidly progressing in all areas :) She now stands a little on her own, talks (babbles), lets me know when she does NOT want something, and has conquered the "trick parents with whining" battle (sometimes). Her has many facial expressions that completely make up her personality! She makes this sound with her nose (breathing in and out really fast with it wrinkled up) that is sooooo cute! We aren't quite sure what it means though. When she plays she knows what it means when she has letters in her little toy mailbox. She opens it and gets her mail. She can roll over on a couch or chair and back crawl off of it - her Daddy's favorite trick. She can turn the pages of her books and thinks there should be some kind of texture on each page so she scratches each one (maybe its her way of points??) hehe :)

It has been amazing being able to stay home with her each day :) I'm about to start fitness camp at school so my days will consist of less Landyn, but I'm hoping it won't be too hard. We are planning a road trip in a few weeks so pray that all that will go over well :) That will give me 24/7 Landyn time (and Daddy time).

She officially has 6 teeth and one on the way. She still loves her bath time and looooves to brush her teeth. Her favorite foods are steamed veggies (peas, carrots, broccoli) and fresh fruit (grapes, pears, strawberries, watermelon). She also likes bagels and cereal (Kix and Cheerios) in the morning. We started mixing a tiny shot of V8 Fruit Fusion Light in with her water for taste and extra "goodness" for her body. /she loves to drink out of her straw cups and regular cups. Sippy cups - not so much. She is down to 3 bottles a day (morning, noon and night). She eats mostly table food now, but sometimes for breakfast she will have some oatmeal and on occasions when I need to use what we have...

She is just precious and we are so proud of our little Landyn Lu!!
